The Responsible Party of your personal information is Loop (Pty) Ltd. This notice briefly explains how we collect and use your personal information when you engage with us on our website. The personal information we collect and what we use it for 

When you contact us via our website we will collect and store the personal information that you provide us, such as your name, the details of the company you work for, your work email address and job title, the content of your enquiry, any further correspondence between us and any additional information you choose to share with us. 


We will use this information to respond to your enquiry, correspond with you about your interest in our products and services and tailor our offering based on our understanding of your needs. With your consent, we will also use your contact details to send you relevant information about our products, services and events. 


We may also use your personal information to meet our legal and regulatory obligations and to respond to legitimate requests from governmental and law enforcement authorities, to carry out research and for internal analytics such as preparing anonymous metrics for reporting on interest in our products and to inform the development of our products and services.

Loop is part of a global organisation and uses service providers located outside South Africa.
